Thank you for the question! I’m not a virologist so I don’t know much about the exact details of coronavirus. But it is definitely not flu! On the molecular level, we now understands it is highly likely to infect us through the ACE2 receptor protein, which are present on the surface of our cells in the lung. Scientists are still researching how this virus evolves and what is the best way for us to combat it. Hopefully, we will have an answer really soon!
