Question: Why would you like to collaborate food and science if you got a YouTube channel

I don’t have a YouTube channel of my own yet. But I want to set one up very soon to a) share my TEDx talk that I will be doing in a few weeks but b) also to share these videos on if I am lucky enough to win.
I love food. I love science and I love making videos so I thought about combining all of my passions into one project. They will kind of be like a cooking show where I will show you how to make something, but sharing some food science in there too hopefully helping people to become better cooks too by understanding the science behind it all too.
But the main goal is to show that science is just in school lessons but we use it every single day including with cooking so I want to use food and videos to do that
