One of the biggest deals about this virus is that nobody has encounter this virus before, therefore we are all susceptible to getting infected. The easiest way to prevent it is to constantly wash our hands with soap for at least 20 seconds.
The big deal with this coronavirus we are seeing (because there are other types of coronaviruses) is the rate at which it is spreading currently across the world. Because of how quickly it is spreading it is putting a lot of pressure on healthcare systems and we are trying to manage that at the moment.
As well as washing your hands, more often than usual for 20 seconds, if you need to cough or sneeze, don’t do it into your hands. Do it into a tissue and throw away that tissue immediately. Or if you dont have a tissue use your elbow.
