• Question: What influenced you to post your first science video?

      Oh great question!

      I started using social media to share science, mainly Instagram but also Twitter. So, I started to slowly learn a lot about the best ways to use it and I realised that actually videos did really well, and much better than just normal posts.

      I had always wanted to make science videos but didnt have the confidence or the skills so I managed togo on a documentary making course last year and be introduced to loads of tools that could help me.Then one of my colleagues had the opportunity of making a video to help promote their latest discovery and I jumped at the chance to do it.

      So not really a one moment influence, just something that happened over time
