Question: What got you into science? Was it hard to study for degrees and stuff like that?

I think that I ended up in science mainly just because I was good at it and enjoyed it to be honest. I have always loved problem solving and being a scientist you do this every day! I would say that doing my degree and masters were definitely difficult at times but I always still found time to carry on with my hobbies, see my friends and have fun too! There are always people willing to help when studying becomes difficult and I would always recommend getting whatever help you can – seeking out the best resources is a big part of science.
