      Great question. So cancers usually arise when the signals in a cell that control how often they grow and divide get disrupted. This is usually because of a mutation and the cells then end up replicating uncontrollably. Thats how we get a tumour.

      Of course, there are many exceptions to the rule and other ways but that is the main reason
