Absolutely! The earlier you choose your dream, the easier it is to focus on achieving it! Think about what grades and experiences you’ll need in the future. But for now, just focus on working hard in school. 😊

100%. I’m a firm believer in that you can be anything you want to be. Start thinking about how you can achieve those goals – so what grades you need in what subjects and then what other experiences might help you get there too. Good luck 🙂

I honestly believe you can do anything you want to. Achieving big things is absolutely possible, especially when you decide what you want to do as early as you have.

Of course you can!
You need keep trying hard at science and your school subject and start to explore what being a doctor is like and if you want to do it (this chat is a good starting point!).
If it is your dream then let your teachers and family/guardians know so they can support you in your dream. Keep positive and you will do great! -

Absolutely… nothing is impossible! The sooner you start planning the better – find out what grades you need, what subjects you need to do, what extra-curricular things might be important. And let your family, friends and teacher know so that they can provide you with support and guidance. Best of luck!

Of course! It is great that you already know what you want to be, so you can plan how you can get there.
I wanted to become a paediatrician when I was your age, but that actually didn’t really work out, as I am now a scientist. But I loved my studies and my job, so on your way to becoming a doctor, keep an eye out for and be open to other professions you may like.

Definitely! If you set your mind to it, you can achieve it. Keep working hard in all your subjects, especially science, maths, and English, and let your teachers know so they can give you extra support and advice!
Eventually you can start to think about things like voluntary work, and work experience in different healthcare settings, so that you’re as prepared as possible! 👩⚕️👨⚕️ -

Of course! If you work hard, you can achieve your dreams. Keep your goal in mind, and always think about your goal -being a doctor – when you make decisions, such as picking your GCSEs.

Great to see you’re so motivated and enthusiastic 👏 Being a doctor and working in research, I think that’s one of the most important attitudes to have – and you already have it!
If you continue to work hard during school then you can definitely achieve your dreams. Best of luck to you 👍

Yes of course. All jobs need some hard work but if your willing to work hard then you can make it happen. I’d just say think about your choices in school subjects and aim towards what will give you the best chance of becoming a doctor.

Of course you can! If that is what you wish and you are motivated, nothing can stop you. Study hard, be curious and always ask questions! It is a lot of work, but it is definitely worth it. I wish you all the best!

Of course you can! I’d advise waiting until you’re a bit older though, I don’t know any 11-year old doctors! You can look forward to being a doctor when you’re a bit older!
